ZGH, historically also a mining company, is now an up-to-date fully modern zinc smelter. It is a major supplier of zinc and zinc alloys in the domestic market, as well as a significant player in the neighbouring and nearby countries (the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Austria).
BOLTECH Sp. z o.o.
Boltech is involved in several various activities, including inter alia: producing and processing road building aggregates, manufacturing of polyurethanes , Zinc products, supplying heat and natural gas, transport and forwarding services both within and outside Poland.

Zinc and Lead mining operations with ore processing into concentrates.
KARO Sp. z o.o. Security Agency
Karo is involved in building and servicing alarm systems, arranging convoys, patrol and intervention groups, complex object security and 24/7 monitoring.
On December 11, 2012 Stalprodukt SA became the owner of ZGH Capital Group. Stalpropukt is a leading producer and exporter of highly processed steel products: electrical transformer sheets, cold-rolled tubes and profiles, road barriers and toroidal cores.
